Everest Group has named KYP.ai a Leader in the Digital Interaction Intelligence Products PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026, part of the Agentic and Process Automation research program.
This is the third consecutive year KYP.ai has held the Leader position. Across 17 assessed vendors, KYP.ai also received the Star Performer designation for the second year running, awarded to the vendor demonstrating the highest year-over-year improvement across market impact and product capability.
What the Recognition Means
The PEAK Matrix is one of the most widely referenced independent assessments in the enterprise software market. It evaluates vendors across two dimensions: market impact, which measures the scale and quality of what a vendor has already achieved in the market, and vision and capability, which measures the ability to deliver on product strategy going forward. Leaders score highly on both. They are not simply large vendors. They are vendors whose market presence and product direction are both independently validated.

How the Star Performer Designation Is Awarded
Star Performer is Everest Group’s recognition for the vendor that improved the most relative to where it was the previous year. It is based on year-over-year performance across revenue growth, number of new clients, innovation, product scope expansion, and capability investment. To qualify, a vendor must show top-quartile improvement across both market impact and vision and capability dimensions.
It is explicitly not a reflection of overall leadership position. A vendor can be a Leader without being a Star Performer, and vice versa. KYP.ai holds both.
