Process maps, SOPs and transformation business cases describe work as it should happen. Then people open a second screen, build a workaround in Excel, and get the job done another way. Decisions worth millions get made on the documented version.
KYP.ai exists to close that gap. We show enterprises how work actually gets done, what fixing it is worth, and what their AI agents need to act on it.

Allied Global built a 3.0x ROI intelligence engine that recovers 10,000 to 15,000 hours every year. Payback in under 5 months. They used KYP.ai to do it.
Qatar Airways proved ROI in 2 months. The industry norm for process intelligence programmes is 18 to 24. Their team connected tasks to activities to end-to-end processes in weeks.
Atos deployed KYP.ai inside their own operations first. Purchasing productivity improved 25%. Then they made it part of what they offer their clients.
KYP.ai was founded in 2018 by Adam Bujak, Miroslaw Bartecki and Frank Scheuble. Between them, decades of running automation and transformation programmes at Capgemini for the world’s largest enterprises.
The same failure kept repeating. Programmes were designed against documented processes. The work on the ground looked nothing like the documentation. Business cases collapsed on contact with reality, and nobody could explain why, because nobody could see the reality.
So they built the platform they had needed on every one of those programmes: one that captures how work actually gets done and turns it into evidence enterprises can invest against. What started as their missing tool now settles arguments that used to run on opinion.
KYP.ai raised a €17.5M Series A led by OTB Ventures, following seed investment from Tola Capital and 42CAP.
Tola Capital invests in enterprise software companies in the United States, Canada and Europe, with a focus on helping them become category leaders. Over 58 companies in portfolio.
42CAP invests in seed-stage technology companies across Europe. The team built eCircle, one of Europe’s largest SaaS companies, and sold it to Teradata in 2012.
OTB Ventures is Europe’s leading deep tech VC, managing over $300M. OTB invests in early growth tech companies across AI & Automation, SpaceTech, FinTech and Cybersecurity.
